Website & CMS Administration

In my work as a website content specialist and CMS administrator, I focus on creating seamless, user-centered digital experiences from the ground up. I design intuitive page layouts, build and launch new pages, and develop SEO-optimized copy that strengthens search visibility and supports user intent. I also create, edit, and size graphics, and design custom iconography to maintain visual consistency across a site. Whether managing a full CMS, collaborating with vendors, or improving site structure, I ensure every detail—from content to design to functionality—aligns with brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and performance goals. I also maintain clean, efficient CMS media libraries—categorizing, naming, and tagging assets so teams can easily locate graphics, documents, and files. This level of organization supports faster page builds, stronger accessibility, and a more efficient digital workflow overall.

Using updated imagery, refreshed icons, improved layout structure, and SEO-optimized copy, I turn cluttered pages into clear, engaging designs that better support user needs and business goals.

Campaign: Peak Plus Checking

In my role as Web Content Marketing Specialist at Sandia Area Federal Credit Union, I developed brand-new landing pages to support the launch of the credit union’s new checking account products.

For Peak Plus Checking, the pages were designed to align with Sandia Area’s “Rate Watchers” commercial campaign, which follows two bird watchers in search of the highest “rate bird.” While the imagery was created by a team member working on the commercial, I was responsible for translating the campaign into a cohesive digital experience. I wrote all copy, designed the page layout, built custom icons, and ensured the visuals and messaging worked seamlessly across the member journey.

Campaign: Credit Cards

Earlier this fall, the credit union launched its largest initiative to date — a full transition to a new card processor paired with an entirely refreshed suite of credit card offerings. This project required nine new landing pages, each with its own distinct imagery, branding, and messaging. I led the creative direction for the credit card campaign, developing the vision and aesthetic for every page. I collaborated closely with the Creative Marketing Specialist to brainstorm and refine imagery, wrote all on-page copy, designed custom icons, and built a brand-new page layout using an open-content template. From concept to execution, I drove the creative development to ensure each card had a clear, cohesive, and compelling digital presence.

Mortgage Redesign

In 2024,  I led the full redesign of Sandia Area’s mortgage landing page to reestablish the credit union as a trusted home-lending partner. The previous page was outdated and underperforming, so I collaborated closely with the Lending Department and Member First Mortgage to rebuild the experience from the ground up.

I created the new page layout, wrote all SEO-optimized copy, selected imagery, and designed custom icons to deliver a modern, member-focused page that better highlights Sandia Area’s mortgage options and expertise.
